Each time you install a mod, Vortex will compare the version of the game that the mod was designed for with the currently installed version of Blade & Sorcery. If the mod was created for an older version, it may not be loaded properly by the game. The mod may still work but it is advisable to install the latest version. They do not intend to include official support for manually sorting the load order. It does not mean that someone couldn't craft a plugin for Vortex, which allows free storing. Official releases just will not be including or directly supporting the feature. I am personally sticking with Mod Organizer 2. I just downloaded Vortex. Vortex Not Downloading Mods From Nexus.
